Go back to your window image and paste the sea as a new layer drag
this to the bottom and position so the sea is visible above the sand.

Hide the window layer and duplicate
the sea layer twice so we have three in total
Use your wand tool to select the
white foam at the top of the waves.
Apply Noise to the selction, repeat
for the other two layers, adjusting the noise percentage each time this creates
a shimmer effect.
Now rename the layers Sea 1, Sea 2
and Sea 3
Unhide the window layer and duplicate
twice so you have 3 copies.
Rename them Window 1, window 2 and
window 3

and repeat for 2 and 3
You should now have 3 layers.
Save the image as WINDOW in a PSD or
PSP format.
We will come back to this shortly.

Now open Paper 19 and crop out an
area 200 pixels by 300 pixels.
