Any tube of choice. I'm using one by Ismael Rac

Let's Get Started

Open a New canvas 1000 by 1000 @ 72dpi

Open the Window Element from the Scrapkit and place in the centre of the new canvas
 
Open “Ribbon Star” Element and resize to 600 pixels wide, Copy/Paste as a new layer and position the star to the bottom left corner of the window. 
Add a slight drop shadow. 
 
Open “Xmas Ball” and resize to 150 pixels wide. Copy Paste this to the top right of the window, again adding a drop shadow. 
 
Open “palm tree” and resize to 70%. Position this to the left of your window, with the trunk tucked behind the ribbon. 
 
Open the sand element and resize to 600 pixels wide. 
Paste as a new layer and drag to the bottom of the layer palette, positioning it to the bottom of the window. 
 
Merge all visible layers and save the image name it “WINDOW” – place it to one side for now. 
 
 Open the Ocean element and resize to 600. 
 Go back to your window image and paste the sea as a new layer drag this to the bottom and position so the sea is visible above the sand. 
 
Resize All Layers to 50%
 
Hide the window layer and duplicate the sea layer twice so we have three in total Use your wand tool to select the white foam at the top of the waves. 
Apply Noise to the selction, repeat for the other two layers, adjusting the noise percentage each time this creates a shimmer effect. 
 
Now rename the layers Sea 1, Sea 2 and Sea 3 
 
Unhide the window layer and duplicate twice so you have 3 copies. 
Rename them Window 1, window 2 and window 3 
Merge sea 1 and window 1 together, and repeat for 2 and 3 
You should now have 3 layers.
 Save the image as WINDOW in a PSD or PSP format. 
 
We will come back to this shortly. 
 
Open another new canvas 500 by 500 @72 dpi 
Now open Paper 19 and crop out an area 200 pixels by 300 pixels. 
Paste this piece of paper into the centre of your new canvas 
Save this in PSD or PSP Format and name it SKY. 
 
NOW WE WILL MOVE TO WORK IN ANIMATION SHOP 
 
Open Sky and Window images Also open the snow animation from the supplies. 
If you look you will notice the animation has 15 frames. 
Click on the sky image and go to edit.. duplicate selected. 
Repeat until you have 15 frames 
 Go to Edit... Select All 
Click on the snow animation and again go to Edit.. Select All. Then Copy 
Click back on the sky image and go to Edit.. paste.. into selected frames 
Position the snow directly over the “sky” 
 
STILL WITH ME ? HANG IN THERE! 
 
Still on the sky/sea image go to Edit.. Select All 
Now click on the window image which should have 3 frames. 
Go to Edit.. Select all then copy 
 Click on the sea/sky image Go to Edit.. propagate paste then Edit paste into selected frames 
 
Position the window over the sky image so the snow can be seen through the window. 
 
 
This is the base of your tag.. you can save this for future use with alternative tubes etc if desired. 
 
Highlight one frame and copy. 
Move back to PSP and paste as a new image.. 
 We will use this as a guide for positioning the remaining parts of our tag. 
 Add you tube as a new layer and position as desired.
 Add any appropriate copyright/license information 
Add your name and any additional elements 
 
Open the "let it snow wordart" from the supplies.
Copy/paste above your window.
You should also add “Nah! Let’s have Christmas in SoCal!” .wordart, position to suit your preference. 
 
Hide the window layer, merge the remaining layers and copy into animation shop Click on the tag animation and go to Edit .. Select All 
Copy the new layer you just brought over, 
click on the main animation and paste into selected frames 
 
Last of all click on Frame 12 to select, hold down shift and move left until you have frames 12 through 15 selected. 
Go to Animation... Frame Properties and change to 25. 
 
You can now save as an animated gif
